This fourth ’Better Foods for Better Health’ symposium organized by the Fondation Mérieux with the support of Mérieux NutriSciences will gather global experts from academia, international organizations, NGOs, regulatory authorities and industry. The symposium will be held from 18-20 September 2013 at the Fondation Mérieux Conference Centre, ’Les Pensières’, Veyrier du Lac (France).
’Better Foods for Better Health’ aims to support the need for a more global and regional regulatory framework to foster and anticipate innovation for responsible and effective nutrition.
The symposium aims to:
Provide ’state of the art’ information about health economics and prevention
Learn from the interplay of scientific cases between cardio metabolic, immune, infectious, cancer diseases and nutriiton
Evaluate the opportunity of a new scientific model ’Innovative Initiative for Nutrition’
Interact and follow up on recommended initiatives from previous editions.
