Guy Vernet has been the Scientific Director of Fondation Mérieux since January 2008. Doctor in biochemistry from Claude Bernard University in Lyon, Guy Vernet occupied during 18 years (1990–2007) several positions within the R&D Department of bioMérieux.
Medical Director
Christophe Longuet
Christophe Longuet has been Medical Director at Foundation Mérieux since March 2007. He is a doctor specializing in tropical medicines and HIV / AIDS, and worked at Hôpital Bichat Claude Bernard in Paris for twelve years (1995–2007). There he worked on clinical research into the HIV virus and malaria, as well as tropical diseases and people living with HIV.

Paul-Maurice Morel is responsible for the management of Les Pensières, Fondation Mérieux International Conference Centre in Annecy. For the past 5 years, he has opened the centre to a larger public whilst at the same time conserving the founding principles and spirit of Fondation Mérieux.
