Since 1967, the Mérieux Foundation has been fighting infectious diseases close to underserved populations in countries with limited resources.

The Foundation aims to improve the diagnostic and surveillance capacities of local actors, to advance countries' public health systems and to promote a comprehensive health approach, within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals.
