The Doctor Mérieux Biological Sciences Museum is dedicated to biology, through the evocation of the major infectious diseases, vaccinology and diagnostics, the Mérieux family who is the driving force behind this industrial adventure, and the way that the village of Marcy l’Etoile has changed over the years.
Favouring an educational orientation, the visit to the Museum is open to a wide audience.
Many medical, scientific or technical issues are discussed in a chronological and thematic way, allowing everyone to situate biology and its major developments in a general historical context.
